I grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Arizona in 2014, where I began my career in the ride service industry. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and operational efficiency, building a strong understanding of passenger expectations, driver management, and market trends. Currently, I am working full-time as an IT Specialist, which allows me to understand the infrastructure and technical side of a service app. This dual expertise provides me with a unique perspective on both the operational and technological aspects of the industry.
